Classic Crab Cakes
serves 4
Ingredients
1/3 C panko bread crumbs
1 T parsley, minced
2 T scallions, fine chop
2 T mayonnaise
1 t lemon juice
1 t Dijon mustard
1/2 t Old Bay seasoning
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/8 t ground red pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 lb crabmeat
Instructions
Combine all but the crabmeat in a bowl. Gently mix in the crabmeat. Shape the mixture into four equal patties.
Coat with more panko, then fry in oil.
